We take the role of caring for your children very seriously. 

We realize that at times there may be conflict or misunderstandings.  We ask that you do not vent your frustration on social media but please follow the following options.

2. PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES

Your daily contact with our staff can be further supplemented with a parent-teacher conference, to discuss any concerns you may have with your child’s progress or with our program.  We want you to feel comfortable sharing your comments and concerns in a safe and confidential manner.  Please contact the office to set this up.

 

3. FORMAL COMPLAINT PROCESS

If a parent has spoken to the director and feels that their concerns are not being addressed a formal complaint maybe submitted.  A formal complaint must be in writing.  You may either write a letter or fill out a ‘Formal Complaint Form’ located on the daycare kiosk, near Kidcity entrance.  We appreciate if you have a possible solution to your concern.  Please place your formal complaint in the daycare mailbox outside the daycare office and the directors will respond in a timely fashion by contacting you and discussing possible solutions.
